Another HPKCHC submission ... this one isn't knitting or crocheting though .. but it was fun.
My son really likes protein powders, although before today I have
never tried one. This is a drink that I
made up today for myself to try. I
always have orange juice in the morning (it’s like coffee to me, I NEED orange
juice or it’s not quite a good start to the day.) and I like yogurt, and I
figured orange and vanilla would go well together, so add the powder, ice cubes
to thicken, and (blend 10 seconds) wahlah … here’s the drink. Hope you enjoy
it! J
Recipe: 1 cup orange juice, 1 container vanilla yogurt, a handful of ice cubes, and 1 scoop of protein powder.
