A Bookmark

I have made the above bookmark for a Arithmancy class for the HPKCHC.  Made it in the Rockets school colors.  Go Rockets!

Sunny Starter Smoothie

Another HPKCHC submission ... this one isn't knitting or crocheting though .. but it was fun.

My son really likes protein powders, although before today I have never tried one.  This is a drink that I made up today for myself to try.  I always have orange juice in the morning (it’s like coffee to me, I NEED orange juice or it’s not quite a good start to the day.) and I like yogurt, and I figured orange and vanilla would go well together, so add the powder, ice cubes to thicken, and (blend 10 seconds) wahlah … here’s the drink. Hope you enjoy it! J

Recipe:  1 cup orange juice, 1 container vanilla yogurt, a handful of ice cubes, and 1 scoop of protein powder.

Two Hotpads - for another HPKCHC class

For astronomy class .. we are studying 'pairs' .. so I'm pairing up with another hpkchc-er .. and we each made a pair of items :)

Mine are hotpads..

This morning I woke up and out our window I saw this -

A cute rabbit trying to keep warm as the temperatures drop.

I spent a lot of time working on a cover for my old crockpot.  Finally finished it late this afternoon.

Baby Blanket

This baby blanket will be submitted for another class for the HPKCHC .. for Transfiguration.

Inspired by this ice dragon. :)

Two Dishcloths

These two cloths will also be turned in for the Ravelry HPKCHC group .. for Quidditch. :)

HPKCHC Jan 2016 Architecture Class

Here is a dishcloth that I'm turning in for the house cup architecture class.

We were requested to make something that represents the gothic style arches.
