Recent Photos & New Recipe for Breakfast

A lemon meringue pie I made on Monday.

A weird looking European Starling that's been visiting our yard.  I don't see many starlings here at home, so it was worth a picture.  They used to be numerous at our yard in Iowa .. but haven't seen as many here in WI.
 House Sparrows.
A White Crowned Sparrow .. These are another bird that's fairly rare to the yard.  I see one once in awhile, but it's been a long time since the last one.
And here is a photo of what I had for breakfast/brunch.  I've had this quinoa fruit recipe sitting on my desk, and today I decided to try it.  It's mixed with apples and raisins with a little honey and cinnamon and milk.  It tasted ok .. but it's not my favorite.  Probably way to healthy for my taste buds to fully appreciate it!

The starling has been in my yard to with different markings. Maybe it was a youngster changing its markings?
